Returns & Exchanges
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within .30 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
1. Please Contact Us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.
2. Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to make sure they arrive safely.
3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. colorsal.com cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to colorsal.com.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

Return Conditions
1. Please contact us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. All items can be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you want the money returned to your account, the length of time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used to pay. Here are the expected times for receiving the refund after we have received the returned item:

Full Refunds?
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.Damage caused because of the fault of the third party ou customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
If a customer’s order is canceled for one of the above stated reasons we will always offer a full refund
1. If the shipping address is wrong. If we see there is not a clear and defined shipping address we will try to contact the customer for 4 business days asking for a new address. If we do not receive one in this time we will cancel the order.
2. If the contact telephone number is wrong. If we can not get in touch with the customer to confirm certain details by email or telephone, after 4 business days we will cancel the order.
3. If the item you have selected is out of stock. Items can sometimes become out of stock after the order has been placed and means that we cannot fulfill the order. We will contact the customer giving them the option of swapping the out of stock item for a new one. If after 4 business days we do not receive a reply we will cancel the original order.
4. Customers place a duplicate order. This means that 2 orders for the same items, same quantity and same size are paid for. We realize this is a mistake so we will cancel one of the orders.
5. If the customer needs the order before a certain time but we can not fulfill this request we will cancel the order.
6. If the product fails to pass our quality control tests we can not send the item to you so we will call the customer to see if we can replace the item with another. If after 4 business days we do not receive a response we will cancel the order.

Partial Refunds?
We also offer partial refund on returned items:
1.which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
2.If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notify us, you can only get partial refunds.
3.For unwanted items, the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer,you can only get partial refunds.
4.Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
5.If you initiate a return after 30 days, a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
